After submitting your booking request below, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and provide all necessary information.

Important:

  • A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
  • In case of late cancellation during the high season (June to September inclusive), less than 7 days before the start of the stay, cancellation fees amounting to the full cost of the reserved period will be charged.

Our rates – direct booking via our website
By booking directly through our website, you avoid platform fees and commissions and enjoy direct contact with the owners.

  • November – april: €250 per night
  • May & october: €270 per night
  • June & september: €290 per night
  • July & August €310 per night

    => + €80 cleaning fee     (per stay)

Long stay discount

  • 5% discount for stays of 14 nights or more

Our rates are the same as on the known rental platforms, but direct bookings do not incur any additional service fees.
